The Ultimate Smoothie Trifecta For Any Morning

This smoothie trifecta is the perfect antidote to keep you humming along all weekend long. Perfect for a pre or post spin session or with your lunch. Packed with super foods and of course made with JOI, you'll want to bottle these up all week long. 

BERRY BOOST
We don't like to be fake, which is why we're not even gonna pretend to be humble about how divine this Banana Berry Smoothie is. Recommended for a pre-weekend energy boost and/or a post-weekend, um... detox ;) 

What's in it: 
8 oz water
2 Tbsp JOI almond or cashew nutbase
1 pitted date (large medjool or use 1tbsp of Just Date Syrup)
4 oz frozen banana
3 oz frozen strawberry
2 oz frozen raspberry
1 oz frozen cauliflower
Pinch of salt

How it's made:
STEP 1: Add all ingredients to the blender
STEP 2: Blend until smooth and serve straight up or on ice

KALELICIOUS

1 cup Lacinato Kale
3 leaves fresh mint
3 TB of your favorite non-dairy plain yogurt
1 oz ginger
1 1/2 oz frozen blueberries
1 TB maple syrup
1 cup ice
Pinch of salt

How it's made: Just like above :) 
STEP 1: Add all ingredients to the blender
STEP 2: Blend until smooth and serve straight up or on ice

The french call it le goûter (pronounced lay goo-tay) - the mid afternoon snack that will keep you going until dinner. This Mango-Coconut smoothie is the perfect smoothie to keep you going post-lunch. 

What's in it: 
8 oz water
1 Tbsp JOI almond or cashew nutbase
4 oz frozen mango
4 oz frozen banana
1 oz cauliflower
Pinch of salt
Toasted Coconut
Sprig of fresh mint

How it's made: Just like above :) 
STEP 1: Add the water, JOI, mango, banana, cauliflower, and salt to the blender
STEP 2: Blend until smooth and serve straight up or on ice
STEP 3: Garnish with toasted coconut and mint sprig
