We've all been there...you wake up on January 1st, excited for a fresh start to a new year. Meal preps are ready, Spin classes are booked and you're cruising through the month feeling great.

BERRY BOOST
We don't like to be fake, which is why we're not even gonna pretend to be humble about how divine this Banana Berry Smoothie is. Recommended for a pre-weekend energy boost and/or a post-weekend, um... detox ;) 

What's in it: 
8 oz water
2 Tbsp JOI almond or cashew nutbase
1 pitted date (large medjool or use 1tbsp of Just Date Syrup)
4 oz frozen banana
3 oz frozen strawberry
2 oz frozen raspberry
1 oz frozen cauliflower
Pinch of salt

How it's made:
STEP 1: Add all ingredients to the blender
