How do I see how many Reward points I have?

You'll be able to see your Reward points on your Account page once you've logged in!
How do I redeem Reward points?

You'll be able to redeem your points upon checkout, located just above the total amount
I made an order before making an account. Do I still get points?

Yes! So long as you create an account with the same email address that you used to place the order, you'll have access to all your points
Why didn't I earn any Reward points, even though I performed a rewardable action?

Oh no! Please contact our customer service if you are having issues with Rewards.
Do I get Reward points when I purchase accessories or Friends of JOI products?

Yes! You get a point for every dollar you spend anywhere on addJOI.com. If you Subscribe & Save to a JOI product, you get double the points!
How do I change my next subscription delivery date?

Simply log into your account and head over to "View Subscriptions". Select the Next Shipment Date, and you'll be able to choose which day you want your JOI!
Can I add something to my NEXT subscription delivery ONLY?

You sure can! Adding an item to your next delivery without adding it to all future deliveries is easy. Simply log into your account, head over to "View Subscriptions", and select the tab "Edit Next Shipment". From there, you'll be able to add one-time items to your next delivery!
