    • 2 Tablespoons JOI Cashew Base
    • 1 ½ Avocados (pitted)
    • ½ Lemon, juice + zest
    • 2 Cloves Garlic
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ cup Basil (or any herb of your choice)
    • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    • ½ piece ginger (optional)

    Instructions

    1. Place all ingredients in blender or food process. Process until smooth and creamy.
    2. Adjust seasonings (salt, pepper, lemon juice) to taste. Add water by the tablespoon to loosen if too thick as a sauce.
    3. Toss with pasta (add veggies such as steamed peas or broccoli) or serve with crudités
