Yup, we did it. We caved into the latest social media craze. But can you blame us? Just look at this beautiful whipped coffee! Our friend, Sara, over at the food blog White Kitchen Red Wine sent this to us and we immediately reached out for her recipe. So, here it is in all it’s glory...
Dalgona Whipped Coffee Made With JOI

Whip up some excitement in your home coffee bar with this frothy, creamy, icy drink!

Ingredients
2 ounces brewed espresso (or 2 ounces instant coffee powder)
2 Tablespoons sugar

1 cup of JOI Almond, Oat, Hemp or Cashew milk - your choice!
4-5 ice cubes
Directions
Make JOI milk according to package instructions. We like using 2 Tablespoons of JOI cashew, almond, oat or hemp for 1 cup of water (plus a pinch of salt!).
Mix the hot espresso and sugar, whip for 3-4 minutes using a hand mixer.
Pour JOI milk over ice and top with the whipped espresso. EnJOI!
