Spice Up The Fall With This Pumpkin White Russian

The base of this drink is very simple: a couple scoops of pumpkin puree, spices, vodka, coffee liquor, and JOI Cashew base! It gives this drink/dessert an ultra creamy texture and adds to the richness. 

After blending all of that together, pour over a glass filled with a little more JOI Cashew milk and enjoy cozied up after dinner! By pouring it over some already prepared cashew milk gives it a really beautiful presentation as the pumpkin mixes with the cashew milk. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Serves 2


2 oz vodka

2 oz coffee liquor 

3 tbsp pumpkin puree

3 tbsp JOI 

½ tbsp pumpkin spice

1 cup JOI cashew milk 


  1. In a blender cup combine the vodka, coffee liquor, pumpkin puree, JOI, and pumpkin spice. Blend until creamy. 
  2. Put ½ cup of the JOI cashew milk over ice in each cup, pour over the pumpkin mix and serve with a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
