This "Energy Butter" Is The Perfect Mid-Afternoon Snack You Need

You see friends, we here at JOI love a mid-afternoon snack to give us that boost after lunch. And this here Energy Butter does just the trick. Full of just the good stuff: whole grains, healthy fats and protein from plants. You'll feel extra-focused for those last minute spreadsheet updates while you work from home. Use it as a spread on toast, or as a dip for your favorite fruits and veggies (ants on a log, anyone?). EnJOI!

Ingredients
-
2 BeBOLD Bars (Almond or Peanut Butter)
- 2 TBSP JOI Almond or Cashew base
- 1 TB coconut oil, melted (adjust as needed)
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Add more or less coconut oil depending on desired consistency. Yields 6 oz.
