VEGAN CHOCOLATE FROSTING

What's in it:

  • 1 cup of JOI
  • 3 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon of powder sugar
  • 1⁄2 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1⁄2 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of water ( or more depending on desired consistency)
  • Pinch of salt

How it's made:

  1. In a bowl add JOI, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla
  2. Whisk together
  3. Add sifted cocoa powder, powder sugar, and salt
  4. Mix together and add water last to reach desired consistency
  5. EnJOI!
