Whatever your relationship with frosting is, we think you'll be hard-pressed to find a way that JOI won't enhance that experience. Whether you're lathering it on some freshly made donuts, glueing together a three-tiered cake, or just plain eating it by the fistfuls (that's normal, right?), here's a versatile recipe that's definitely one to keep in your back pocket.
Recipe by @thehouseofv
What's in it:
- 1 cup of JOI
- 3 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon of powder sugar
- 1⁄2 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of water ( or more depending on desired consistency)

How it's made:
- In a bowl add JOI, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla
- Whisk together
- Add sifted cocoa powder, powder sugar, and salt
- Mix together and add water last to reach desired consistency
