5-Minute Zesty Green Goddess Dip

It's a dip, dressing, and marinade all in one 5-minute recipe! Zesty Green Goddess dip incorporates fresh ingredients, bright colors, and is really healthy! Did we mention bursting with flavors too?
What's in this Recipe?
Zesty and creamy all in one, this dip has tons of fresh herbs and a hint of cucumber mixed together with lemon juice and JOI!
If you're not a fan of cilantro (you and Ina Garten), substitute other herbs, such as tarragon, minty or basil.
Any creamy JOI base in your pantry will work well. Try almond, cashew or hemp!
How do I serve this Recipe?
As a dip, we think it's best served chilled with a side of fresh cut vegetables. We like red peppers, celery, and carrots. Or endive leaves and snap peas and pieces of jicama.
Alternately (or in addition!), serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
Have some leftover dip? You can also toss this sauce with your favorite salad green combination and top with cherry tomatoes and red onion. Make this "dressing" once and enjoy it all week! Just thin it out a little bit with water to get the right consistency.
Or, toss your favorite protein (tofu? chicken? shrimp?) with the sauce to marinate, then grill, bake or pan fry.
