What's In It:
- 1/2 cup JOI Almond or Cashew milk
- Juice of 1 lemon or 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh turmeric (or 1 tsp ground turmeric)
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger (or 1 tsp ground ginger)
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Manuka honey or maple syrup (optional)
How It's Made:
Simply blend all ingredients in a blender. If using fresh turmeric and ginger, wash the root, peel the skin, and chop or mince prior to blending.
