Healthy Immunity Boosting Wellness Shot Made With JOI

Serving Size: 1 shot
Yields 2 servings

What's In It:

  • 1/2 cup JOI Almond or Cashew milk
  • Juice of 1 lemon or 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fresh turmeric (or 1 tsp ground turmeric)
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger (or 1 tsp ground ginger)
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Pinch of cinnamon 
  • 1 tbsp Manuka honey or maple syrup (optional) 

How It's Made:

Simply blend all ingredients in a blender. If using fresh turmeric and ginger, wash the root, peel the skin, and chop or mince prior to blending.
