Ingredients
2 cups water
- 4 tablespoons JOI (almond or cashew)
- 1 1/2 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup fresh mint
- 2 cups frozen bananas
- 4 dates (pitted)
- 1/2 avocado
Directions
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth.
