  • 4 tablespoons JOI (almond or cashew)
  • 1 1/2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • 2 cups frozen bananas
  • 4 dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 avocado

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth.
