A delicious treat to keep you out of the bars and loving social distancing. Inspired by our friend Jen Hansard at Simple Green Smoothies, this smoothie packs healthy fruits and veggies and tons of flavor.
2 cups water
4 tablespoons JOI (almond or cashew)
1 1/2 cups spinach
1/2 cup fresh mint
2 cups frozen bananas
4 dates (pitted)
How To Make It
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth.
