Meet Your Morning Coffee's New Best Friend: Salted Caramel Creamer

With cooler weather inevitably on the way, our iced lattes will soon turn to warm, cozy cups of coffee! What better way to really enjoy your steaming cup of coffee than with a fancy creamer. Say, Salted Caramel Cashew Creamer?

Flavored coffee and creamers are always in season! It’s fun to switch it up with every change of the weather. It really enhances any boring cup of coffee, latte, or Americano. And with JOI it could not be easier to be an incredible barista right at home.

For this Salted Caramel Creamer you need 3 simple ingredients: coconut sugar, salt, and the new JOI Cashew Hazelnut Oat Creamer base (can use original JOI Cashew base as well). Easy! The coconut sugar is dark and almost evokes a “toasty” feeling which makes it the perfect low-glycemic caramel flavoring. Add a pinch of sea salt and it enhances the flavor of the coconut sugar so much!

All of this nicely blended with JOI makes for a super creamy, frothy, and comforting creamer that is just begging you to pour in a splash into your favorite coffee drink! 

Salted Caramel Creamer


Ingredients

2 tablespoons JOI Cashew or Creamer base
2.5 cups water
3 tablespoons coconut sugar
¼ tsp salt


Directions 

  1. In a blender cup, combine all ingredients. 
  2. Blend on high for 1 minute until the sugar has completely dissolved. 
  3. Enjoy!
