Superfood Energy Smoothie For Snack O'Clock

Almond-Base | Beverage | Breakfast | Cashew-Base | Dairy-Free | Recipe | Snack | Vegan | Vegetarian |

We’ve heard the hype about a certain pink colored drink and knew we could up the ante. Meet the Pink Smoothie—it’s got all the fruity, refreshing satisfaction of the drive-through version, without any of the guilt.

Our Pink Smoothie combines JOI 100% Almond or Cashew nutbase with the bright, sweet flavor of pitaya (often called dragonfruit), the sour punch of goji powder, and the subtle texture of BeBOLD bars to create one seriously addictive smoothie you can feel good about making every day (or maybe twice a day).

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups water

2 TB JOI Almond or Cashew nutbase

1 BeBOLD bar (half for the smoothie and half for the topping)

½ pouch frozen pitaya (about 1.75 oz)

1 cup frozen banana

1 tsp goji powder (or use 1 TB dried goji berries)

1 TB chia seeds

Pinch salt

How It’s Made:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender (reseve a few BeBOLD crumbles to top the smoothie!)
  2. Blend on high until smooth and enJOI!
