Once the warmer weather rolls around, salads are going to be on your weekly rotation! Try out this Broccoli Slaw salad with a creamy punchy dressing to incorporate into your meal planning. It’s an easy to make salad that packs in TONS of veggies!
Convenient and Nutritious Ingredients:
Broccoli slaw is easy to find at your local grocery store with the salad greens. By adding a few extra, fresh ingredients we can turn it into your new favorite salad! Topped with a creamy Asian dressing thanks to JOI nut base!
What makes it creamy? JOI makes this whole salad come together. Mixed with soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and sesame oil, it turns into an ultra creamy dressing that you’ll want to put on everything. It gives our slaw salad a creamy touch and really gets better the longer it sits in the dressing. By the way, we used to describe this salad as "Asian-Inspired" but we thought we would skip the labels (learn why here and here) and get to the crux of the flavors instead!
Combine all salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss to combine.
Combine all dressing ingredients to a blender cup and blend until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to fully incorporate. Top with a few extra peanuts!
