Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can modify or cancel these purchases.

Subscriptions 

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your Account at https://account.addjoi.com/. Log in, click "View or edit your subscriptions," then select "Cancel subscription." From your Account page, you can also update your address or payment method, skip a shipment, swap products, change your delivery frequency, or apply discount codes. Cancel or modify your subscription automatically via the portal before cutoff time, e.g. 2:00 a.m. ET on your renewal date to avoid your next charge. If you can't log in, email hello@addjoi.com and we will help you cancel or modify your subscription at least 24 hours before your auto-renewal date.

Please note that we may cancel your subscription if, after 8 total attempts, we are unable to process your method of payment on file for any reason and we are unable to contact you. If we cancel your subscription, you may re-enroll in the program by logging into your Account, resubscribing, and updating your payment information.

While you have an active subscription, we will notify you of any material changes to these terms.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect payment at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill.

You can cancel a paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
