We offer Ground Shipping for all our deliveries:

• Standard delivery (continental US only) - 2-5 working days, for roughly $11,99 or free for orders over $55. Subscribers, within the continental US, receive free shipping on all orders.
• Standard delivery to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico - 5-10 working days, $20 for all orders including subscription orders. 

If you’ve purchased a product with us on pre-order, we will always state the estimated date that your item will be shipped on the product page. This will also be repeated at checkout. Please allow 3-5 working days for your item to arrive after this dispatch date. We will always try to keep you informed of any updates, however if 5 days have elapsed after the proposed dispatch date please contact us athello@addjoi.com.

Because of the nature of our products & our safety standards, we can unfortunately not take returns. With returns, we lose the ability to track that this was kept in food safe environments and that no adulteration happened. This also helps limit our carbon footprint for items that we are not able to resell. 

If you have any questions about our products before purchasing please reach out to us and we can help you choose the right one! Our support team is also here for you if you have any questions about your order. If you received an order that was damaged, please contact us to request a replacement. 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email us so that we can help resolve the issue right away. Refunds are automatically awarded for damaged product. We simply ask that you provide photo evidence within 3 days of receiving the damaged product. 

Please note that our 8 lb pails are non-refundable.
