The pour-over
Use a little less concentrate so the coffee's natural notes can come through. JOI adds creaminess without getting in the way.
The Latte
Rich, frothy, and holds up under espresso. Makes a proper latte at home without any fuss.
The Cold Pour
Ice dilutes fast so go a little richer on the concentrate. That way your last sip tastes just as good as your first.

Nuts about JOI
Your Questions, Answered
You have questions. We have answers.
JOI is made from one whole-food ingredient with no gums, emulsifiers, or seed oils. Those additives are what typically irritate digestion in most plant milks. Fewer ingredients means less for your gut to sort through, and that makes a real difference for a lot of people.
Ingredients like xanthan gum and sunflower lecithin are added to shelf-stable milks to improve texture and shelf life, but your gut doesn't always process them well. For people with sensitive stomachs, they can trigger bloating and discomfort. JOI uses organic oats and nothing else, so none of that applies here.
Yes. Each serving of JOI Oat Milk contains 1g of dietary fiber from whole organic oats. It's not a massive amount, but it's naturally occurring from the ingredient itself, not added in. Most heavily processed carton milks lose most of their fiber during manufacturing.
Many people with sensitive stomachs switch to JOI because of how clean the ingredient list is. Organic oats, no additives, no fillers. If you're reacting to conventional plant milks, the gums and emulsifiers in them are often the reason. JOI removes that variable entirely.
For most people, yes. The simpler the ingredient list, the less your digestive system has to work. JOI is just organic oats blended with water, which is about as straightforward as plant milk gets. No hydrogenated oils, no natural flavors, nothing that needs processing out.
A lot of people report less bloating after switching from carton milks to JOI. The most likely reason is the absence of gums and emulsifiers, which are common triggers. JOI also contains 0mg of sodium per serving, which can contribute to water retention and bloating in higher amounts.
Neither, and we won't overclaim that. JOI is a clean whole-food ingredient, not a supplement. What it does is remove the additives that can disrupt your gut in the first place, which for many people is the more meaningful change.
Start with 1 tbsp per cup and see how your body responds. You can always adjust from there. The concentrate format means you're in full control of how much goes in, which is useful if you're easing into a new routine or managing a specific sensitivity.
