"My cholesterol got a bit high, so I had to dump my full fat cow milk, and replaced it with low fat (cow) milk, but the taste was totally gone with no fat to carry the coffee. Adding back in JOI cashew butter (1 teaspoon) to 6 oz cow milk made it as silky/fatty as the full fat milk but tasting even better, and removing about 2g saturated fat per latte! I'm about to order a big bucket of this stuff in case they hit another production delay!"
