Using JOI:
To make fresh cashew milk, add 1-2 tablespoons of JOI Cashew Base to every 1 cup of water. Blend in a blender for 30 seconds on medium high, and enJOI! Add more or less JOI to adjust creaminess, and experiment with your choice of sweeteners, spices and flavorings.

Storing JOI:
Keep JOI Cashew Base in a cool, dark place (like your pantry) for up to 12 months - even after opening. Check your tub for an exact date of expiration.
Plant milk made with JOI will keep in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Store in an airtight container (like our JOI Pitcher)(like our JOI Pitcher) and shake before use. Separation is natural.
