
How it works
Using JOI:
To make fresh coffee creamer, add 1-2 tablespoons of our Cashew Hazelnut Oat creamer concentrate to every 1 cup of water. Blend in a blender for 30 seconds on medium high, and enJOI. Add more or less JOI to adjust creaminess, and experiment with your choice of sweeteners, spices and flavorings. Use a steam wand to froth for lattes, macchiatos and cappucinos.

Storing JOI:
Keep JOI Plant Bases in a cool, dark place (like your pantry). Please avoid direct sunlight and moisture within the tub. Check your tub for an exact date of expiration. No refrigeration necessary (even after opening). Creamer made with JOI will keep in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Store in an airtight container (like our JOI Pitcher) and shake before use. Separation is natural.
