"I've been using Joi for a few years, but also wanted to make sure we were getting a good deal and if there's was anything comparable. I had come across some discounted cashew butter jars at sprouts (unsalted, just cashews) and thought, "I'm sure this will work just the same as Joi". Ya'll. I just tried to make my milk with it, and even though I have a vitamix, it was still grainy and just overall did not perform the same way Joi does. I don't know how they do it, but Joi is far superior and worth it. I mainly use it for my coffee creamer, so I make a thicker jar of it, (I mix a couple scoops of the soy powder and a couple scoops of the paste). My husband takes a jar of it when he travels to use in his protein powders, that way he has a shelf stable milk option that travels small and well. I'll use my Sprouts cashew butter to make sauces but I'm a Joi lifer when it comes to my Milk replacement!"
