Ingredients

• 8 oz (1cup) of cold water

• 2 Tablespoons any JOI milk concentrate (oat; oat creamer; almond; cashew or hemp)

  Add To Cart
• ¼ to ½  teaspoon vanilla extract, to taste
• Pinch of cinnamon
• Pinch of salt

• Sweetener of choice, if desired (try ½ teaspoon date or maple syrup to start, or a date)

• 1 teaspoon ceremonial grade matcha powder (or per matcha brand instructions)
• Ice

Directions

1. Add water, JOI, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and sweetener, if using, to blender (or use hand whisk instead if using oat or oat creamer) and blend for 30 seconds.

2. Add matcha powder and blend until just combined. 

3. Add ice to blender for a “frappe” drink and blend, or just add ice to your glass. Pour the drink into your glass and sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired, and enJOI.
